Bill Payment

Cottage Hill Water Works, Inc. offers a wide variety of convenient payment options for our members. Simply choose the option that best suits your needs.  


Electronic Billing

We now have electronic billing. Simply sign up to have your bill sent by email instead of receiving a postcard bill. You will also have the option of printing a pdf bill and have access to your billing history. 


Recurring ACH payments

We encourage recurring ACH Payment as the most cost effective and efficient bill pay method.  This payment will be automatically debited directly from your checking account on the 1st of each month (or next business day) for the current balance due.  Just fill out the authorization form on the "Forms & Reports" tab, or click here and bring it to our office with a cancelled check or direct deposit letter from your bank and we will get the account set up for the next billing cycle.  *There is no fee for ACH payments.


Payment by Credit/Debit Card or eCheck

We next suggest payments online through our customer portal. Vendor fees do apply. This option keeps you in control of your payment information.  Click on the green "Pay Your Bill Now" button located to the right or at the bottom of this page to get started.  Have your account number handy from the upper left corner of the bill, and your personal CID number listed just above the red writing.  A recent upgrade to the portal now includes the ability to save payment options and set up your own recurring payments.  You may also view billing and usage history, and even load multiple accounts if needed.


Payment by phone

To make a phone payment please call 850-542-8588, the same vendor fees still apply.  You will need your account number as well as the personal CID number from the bill, printed just above the red writing.  If the account number is not recognized, use just the base account number without the extra number after the dash. This is convenient for one time use, but we do recommend the customer portal option due to the ability to save your payment method for future payments.


Payment By Mail

If paying by check or money order through the mail, please send all payments with your payment coupon. To avoid late fees, please mail your payment at least five to seven business days before the due date specified on your bill.


DOXO Warning

Some internet search engines will direct customers to a website called DOXO to pay their bill online.  Although it is a valid payment site, we would like to state that CHWW is in no way affilliated with this service.  The processing fees are much higher and the payments are mailed to the office in check form, often arriving late.  The best payment option for an online payment is secured through our website here. If you have questions or are unsure please call the office at (850)968-5486.


Payment Drop-off Location

You may pay your bill in person at our office address. We accept cash, check, credit/debit cards or money orders. To avoid longer wait times, please note that the business days right around the 1st of the month, Mondays, Fridays and the first day after a holiday are normally very busy.  There is an after-hours mail drop box to the left of the front window, please be sure to include the payment coupon attached or submit payment in an envelope with service address and account information included.


Payment Through Financial Institution Online Bill Pay

Many major banks offer their customers the ability to pay their bills via an online bill payment service (through your bank's website). Normally, these services debit the customer's checking or savings account to pay the bill and then mails a check. Depending on the financial institution, they may or may not charge a fee for the service. Payments could take up to 10 business days to post to the customer's account. Please consult with your bank for more information regarding their mail out process.
