Welcome to the Cottage Hill Water Works, Inc. community. We do consider you a member of our water system, not just a customer.
New service requires ownership documentation or rental/lease agreement, valid identification and our membership certificate to be completed in full by homeowner or renter.
Residential Owner: $125.00 refundable deposit plus one time service charge $10.00 and one time membership fee $15.00 = $150.00
Residential Renter : $200.00 refundable deposit plus one time service charge $10.00 and one time membership fee $15.00 = $225.00
Service fee & Membership fee is Non-Refundable
Please see the forms and reports tab for a copy of the Membership Certificate / Agreement. You may also come to our office in person and we will provide a copy for you to apply for service. We look forward to serving your water needs.
CHWW is a water only utility. For sewer and trash service, please contact Emerald Coast Utility Authority (ECUA).
