TO: Residents of Cottage Hill Water Works on Welcome Cir & Welcome Rd.
A water main break occurred on Welcome Rd that resulted in a disruption of water service. The area affected includes all residents and meters located on both Welcome Circle and Welcome Rd.
Therefore, as a precaution, we advise that all water used for drinking, cooking, making ice, brushing teeth, or washing dishes be boiled. A rolling boil of one minute is sufficient, or as an alternative, bottled water may be used.
This precautionary boil water notice will remain in effect until a bacteriological survey shows that the water is safe to drink.

This is an alert to advise of a water main break on Welcome Cir. The repairs may produce intermittent water pressure and/or full disruption of service on both Welcome Cir and Welcome Rd. Our crews are on site and will be working as quickly as possible to make the necessary repairs and restore service. If a boil water notice is required, another alert will be sent to notify residents.
