GF Fee: The General Fund Fee refers to the increasing operating costs to include general goods, supplies and services in response to inflation.
Cap Fee: The CAP refers to a Capital Improvement Plan and is a monthly fee that is part of a broader structure related to any capital improvements. This fee funds upgrades to the water system, future projects and any associated administrative costs.
