To: Residents of CHWW that reside on Brookhills Dr. and Forehand Ln
Scheduled system upgrades took place today, Wednesday September 17, 2025, which resulted in a disruption of water service. The areas affected include all residents and meters at the following locations: Brookhills Dr. and Forehand Ln.
Therefore, as a precaution, we advise that all water used for drinking, cooking, making ice, brushing teeth, or washing dishes be boiled. A rolling boil of one minute is sufficient, or as an alternative, bottled water may be used.
This precautionary boil water notice will remain in effect until a bacteriological survey shows that the water is safe to drink.

Reminder, today is Wednesday 9/17/25, and there will be system upgrades taking place on the two roads mentioned above. Members in those areas may experience low pressure or intermittent loss of water service for a short period of time while the upgrades are completed.
The estimated time for maintenance will begin at 8am and end at approximately 4pm on Wednesday 09/17/25.
IF a precautionary boil water notice is needed, a separate alert will be distributed.
