CHWW has been notified that construction work will resume on Friday 5/9/25 and some members in the area may experience intermittent low pressure as repairs are completed. Members directly affected by this notice are those located in the area of Quintette Rd and Stacey Rd, however due to the size of the main, some surrounding areas could experience some short term low pressure at times.

TO: Residents of CHWW on Phalrose and Cooley,
A hydrant repair took place on Phalrose that resulted in a disruption of water service. The area affected by this notice includes only members and meters located on Phalrose Ln and Cooley Rd.
Therefore, as a precaution, we advise that all water used for drinking, cooking, making ice, brushing teeth, or washing dishes be boiled. A rolling boil of one minute is sufficient, or as an alternative, bottled water may be used.
This precautionary boil water notice will remain in effect until a bacteriological survey shows that the water is safe to drink.

To CHWW members on Phalrose and Cooley Rd.,
There is a leak at the hydrant near the 1300 block of Phalrose. Our crews are on site and will be making any necessary repairs as quickly as possible. Members in that area of both Phalrose and Cooley may experience intermittent service while attempting to isolate the area. At this time, just be aware of crews in the area and the possibility of lower pressure during repairs. IF a precautionary boil water notice is needed, a separate alert will be distributed.
