TO: Residents of Cottage Hill Water Works on Ridge Way.
System upgrades occurred on Ridge Way on 09/16/24 that resulted in a disruption of water service. The area affected includes all meters located on Ridge Way only.
Therefore, as a precaution, we advise that all water used for drinking, cooking, making ice, brushing teeth, or washing dishes be boiled. A rolling boil of one minute is sufficient, or as an alternative, bottled water may be used.
This precautionary boil water notice will remain in effect until a bacteriological survey shows that the water is safe to drink.

TO: Residents of Cottage Hill Water Works on Ridge Way.
This is notice that on Monday, 09/16/24, a scheduled system upgrade is set to take place on Ridge Way that will result in a disruption of water service. The area affected includes only residents and meters on Ridge Way.
Please be prepared for loss of water service on 9/16/24 at approximately 9:00am when crews will begin work. A precautionary boil water notice will follow on 9/16/24 once water is restored.
